R72 Shipping Policy

U.S. Shipping Rates and Lead Times

Please allow one business day for processing in addition to the days quoted below. During periods of high demand we may take up to 2 days to process orders shipped via USPS or UPS. All UPS orders will ship out within 24-48 hours of when they are placed.

Please allow one business day for processing time. COVID-19 related fulfillment and shipping delays are a reality and beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. For any questions or concerns, email rseventytwo@gmail.com and our customer support team will assist you.

U.S. Sales Tax

Customers living in Utah must pay a state sales tax, but all other U.S. customers will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping Policy

Orders which include back-order or pre-order items will ship as soon as these products are available. If you ordered a combination of regular items and back-order/pre-order items, please email us at rseventytwo@gmail.com and we can ship your items separately.

If customers request shipment to an incorrect or invalid address, or for international shipments fails to pick up their package from customs, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee.

R72 is not responsible for delays due to weather. We recommend checking the carrier website for information regarding weather delays.
